Social Media Manager

We are looking for individuals passionate about Indian heritage or allied fields, ideally with a background in designing or content management. Candidates should possess basic proficiency in design software and demonstrate experience in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of social media algorithms is advantageous. This role is ideal for students or individuals with a keen interest in leveraging their skills to promote and engage audiences in Indian heritage through various digital platforms.

Requirements :
1. Keen Interest in Indian Heritage or Allied Fields
Do you have a passion for Indian culture, history, or arts? Your enthusiasm for these areas is essential for creating authentic and engaging content.
2. Basic Knowledge of Designing Software
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software is necessary. Your ability to create stunning visuals will help us captivate our audience.
3. Experience with Social Media Platforms
We need someone who is adept at managing and engaging on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Your experience with these platforms is crucial for effective social media management.
4. Basic Knowledge of Social Media Algorithms
Understanding how social media algorithms work can significantly boost the reach and impact of our posts. Your strategic approach will help us optimize our content.
5. Preferred Background in Designing or Content Management
Students or professionals with a background in design or content management are highly preferred. Your expertise will ensure high-quality and strategically sound content creation.
Deliverables :
1. Weekly Content Creation:
Develop 2–3 engaging social media graphics or layouts per week (static posts, carousels, or quote cards) tailored to the brand's voice and audience.
2. Optional Short-Form Content:
Contribute to the creation of short-form content like Reels or Stories if skilled or interested, adding dynamic and engaging elements to the social media strategy.
3. Visual Support for Campaigns:
Assist in designing and creating visuals for heritage-related campaigns, events, or awareness initiatives, aligning with specific themes or goals.
4. Design Templates:
Contribute to the creation of reusable post templates that maintain consistency across various social media platforms and campaigns.
5. Idea Participation:
Actively participate in content brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas for visual storytelling and helping shape the direction of social media content.
6. End-of-Internship Portfolio:
Compile your work and contributions during the internship into a project or presentation that can be showcased on your resume or LinkedIn.
