Social Media Designer

As a Social Media Designer Intern at CRIAAS Nashik, you will play a key role in visually communicating our work in Indian heritage and culture. You will create compelling graphics, reels, and visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for creative individuals with a strong sense of design and basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw. You’ll work closely with the content team to bring stories to life, enhance engagement, and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social channels.

Requirements :
Student Status: Open to current students or recent graduates from fields such as design, visual communication, media, art history, or related disciplines.
Interest in Indian Heritage: A genuine enthusiasm for Indian culture, history, and visual storytelling.
Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with design tools like Canva (mandatory), and optionally Photoshop or CorelDraw.
Social Media Awareness: General understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Creative Thinking: A keen eye for visual composition, color, and storytelling through design.
Learning Mindset: Willingness to take feedback, learn new tools or approaches, and grow creatively during the internship.
Own Device: Access to a personal laptop or computer with internet connectivity.
Note: This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and portfolio development opportunities.
Deliverables :
Weekly Graphic Assets: 2–3 social media graphics or layouts per week (static posts, carousels, or quote cards).
Optional Reels/Story Content: Contribution to basic short-form content (like reels or stories) if skilled or interested.
Visual Support for Campaigns: Assistance in creating themed visuals for heritage events or awareness initiatives.
Design Templates: Contribution to reusable post templates for consistency across platforms.
Idea Participation: Engagement in content brainstorming sessions and visual storytelling discussions.
End-of-Internship Portfolio: Compilation of your work as part of a project or presentation (great for resume/LinkedIn use).
